1. What products does Jacket Crafted offer?

We specialize in high-quality jackets designed for every occasion. Our collection includes a range of styles, such as leather jackets, biker jackets. Each jacket is carefully crafted to provide both style and durability, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your wardrobe.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 7 to 15 business days.

  • Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days after you place your order.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you!


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Rest assured, all payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant gateways to protect your information.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. If you need to cancel, simply contact us at support@jacketcrafted.com with your order details. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return & Refund Policy.


5. What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Personalized or customized jackets and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


6. What if I ordered the wrong product?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong jacket, reach out to us as soon as possible at support@jacketcrafted.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make the correction.

For shipped orders, you can return the incorrect product within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was made by Jacket Crafted.

To expedite the process, you may place a new order for the correct jacket while we handle the return. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.


7. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your jacket arrives damaged, please inspect the package right away. If the damage is visible, reject the delivery and notify the courier. If you find the damage after opening the package, contact us within 48 hours at support@jacketcrafted.com.

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit. If needed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use this to check your order’s status on the Track Order page. If you have any trouble tracking it, feel free to reach out to our support team for help!


9. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us right away at support@jacketcrafted.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update your address for you.

For orders already in transit, we may not be able to change the address. If the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
