  • Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition – The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all tags attached.

  • Original packaging – Please return the item with the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items – Custom or personalized Jackets and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

  • Damaged or worn items – Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@jacketcrafted.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization Number (RAN): Once we approve your return, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us within 7 business days of receiving the RAN. Be sure to include the RAN with the package.

  4. Inspection: After we receive the return, we’ll inspect the item (this usually takes 3-5 business days).

  5. Refund or Exchange: Once the item is approved, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund or exchange.


Return Labels

For accepted returns, we offer two options for return labels:

  • Physical Return Label: We can include a return label in your package upon request.

  • Downloadable PDF: We’ll email you a return label that you can print at home.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized Jackets

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items that have been misused, stained, or exposed to harsh conditions

We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing to ensure you’re getting the right item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jacketcrafted.com.

  2. Send photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.

If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference. Do not alter or repair the item, as this will void your return eligibility.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • Contact support@jacketcrafted.com to request an exchange.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Please note, sale items, custom Jacket, and personalized products are not eligible for exchanges.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days once the item passes inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refund Timelines

  • It may take an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that do not meet our return requirements (e.g., damaged, altered, or used items).

  • Custom items, “Final Sale” items.

  • Orders canceled after shipping – Only product costs will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
